I was watching a program the other night where an interesting scenario was proposed. Let's assume that the socialists are largely ousted during the mid-term elections. Very likely. The conservatives then assume control of the House and the Senate and manage to right the ship to some degree and in the process the economy starts to come around in the ensuing two years. obama will then be able to use this to his advantage in the 2012 election and very likely gets re-elected... Can you f***ing imagine...???
