I got a great little book awhile back called The Lexicon of Stupidity. If you ever see this book - grab it. Its extremely funny in places. I'll share some items from it from time to time. And now - submitted for your approval...

According to Colonial War Memorial Hospital staff, the woman was brought in after the accident by witnesses at the scene and was taken in for obliteration."
