Well, just got back from looking at what's left of my Runner. LOL. Man, that thing is torn down to just a frame. New trunk pan, floor pans, quarter panels, outer wheel housings, suspension parts, leaf springs, etc. delivered. This week we'll be putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. Engine guys tells me the flywheel has 143 teeth. Not sure what that means, but do you guys think I should buy a new flywheel? Do they wear out?

Thanks,
John

George, no doubt; she's a challenge. But in a few more months I'll have a brand new Runner. $3,000 brand new, $45,000 to rebuild one. YIKES!!!

Since you are into it this far I'd get an SFI approved billet steel flywheel from Centerforce. The originals can spider crack around the hub. Make sure to get an 11" unit. That's what I did.

Thanks John, I'll do that. I was just told the original has spider cracks in it. What would you recommend for a clutch kit?
