Upgrading a 1969 Roadrunner with my father. Very excited to get this done, but needing some guidance on a few different aspects. Any information will be useful. We are looking to go from manual to power steering and we're looking for a 5/8" 35 spline (NOT 36, it will not fit) x 3/4" DD U-Joint for the power steering gear box. Please give any information that you may have or any guidance in getting this completed!

Welcome from western ny.
I can't help you on power steering but I'm sure someone will come forward who knows what to do.
Good luck

Power steering is a shorter column shaft than a manual steering column shaft, I'm not sure the Manual column shaft will work with the power steering box, with-out mods... Mancini Racing sells a couple of adapters to go from Power to Manual, not sure if they have ones to go the other way... you could also tray Unisteer they have a plethora of universals for different sizes of splined or DD columns/shafts, maybe they will possibly have what your looking for, or direct you to someone who does...
