Yes those are the trying time's. I put full quarter's on. Measure a bunch of time's and weld once. If the car you are showing is the one you did this too it look's like a good job.
Every thing was pretty much done in on the bird I have in the back. Package tray-filler panel- quarter's-trunk pan- back valance- tail light bucket's and it went on and on. I am sure a lot of us have had to do more to these bird's than we ever expected to do.
Damn sounds like a lot more work than I would want to do . My bad heart stops me from doing things I used to do. At one I would take on anything but now I have my limits.my hats off to you .lot of work you had to do.
When surfing to see how to do something's on the runner. I saw many on U tube where other people had to do a lot to these car's body wise. The thing is they do not make inner frame part's for these car's so have to find donner part's. It make is tough but you can find them after much searching. So many guy's are doing the same thing to restore these Old Bird's. One thing is the hinge brackets for the trunk lid. Wish some one would turn them out it would have made my job easy instead of spending hours to fix the one on this car. Ho well that is behind me now and coming down to the finish line. I hope.
