I should also mention that I just renewed my passport a few weeks ago. I asked for expedited service because I need to take a business trip to Montreal very soon. I enclosed my soon-to-expire passport as directed (along with all of the other BS that the author of this letter referred to...) and paid for the overnight mail return service. About two weeks later I get an overnight envelope with my new passport - but no old passport which they are supposed to return to you as a souvenir of sorts - you know, something to document all of your travels. That was a week ago Friday. So I'm complaining to Mrs. ACME about how I'm gonna have to contact them on Monday to find out what the heck happened to my old passport... Well, on Saturday it shows up in the mail...sent separately... Now WHY could they not just put it in the first envelope and save the postage...???!!! It's not like it was going to make the envelope too heavy for overnight service... Geez...
