Motor all together, waiting on the 6 quart Milidon oil pan. Decided to go with stainless steel rockers from Clevite. To the Dyno when we get the headers.

Nice John

Thank you sir. We were going to go with aluminum rockers. Engine builder didn't like the two sets we ordered for some reason, so decided to go with the stainless. Headers left TTI yesterday so should be any day now that we can set her up for a Dyno run. Last "big" decision/purchase is the wheels/tires. Still trying to figure out the whole "back space" thing, hopefully Jegs can help.

Thanks again and have a great weekend.

John

Looks sweet! You're getting me motivated to assemble my 440. Mine is balanced and blueprinted in bag in the garage. Maybe it's time to put her together!
I really like the covers. What carb did you go with?

Thanks for the motivation!

Oh yea, you need to get that together. My only regret with this build is that I didn't go with a 440 and maybe even a Stroker Kit. Had to allocate a LOT of money on the rust bucket body restoration.

I went with a 750 Holley Double Pumper.

I feel your pain on the body restoration. Total restoration is an overwhelming process. I just keep working on my car, maybe someday it will be done. When it is complete, it will all be worth it (so I'm told...).
