I've owned my 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Convertible since 1984. Its a 383/727 automatic. Started its restoration almost immediately after I purchased it and I have to admit its still not completely finished. I have kept it completely original with the exception of an electronic ignition conversion from the original single point and upgraded to 355 gears.

You bet
The late 60's early 70's saw the decline of convertible's
My 69 RR gets more attention at car shows than my 70 coronet vert
I think it's more can relate to the RR , having owned one or knew of some one who did
While the production of verts was was way down
My 70 is one of 296 ever produced
Not very many across the entire US and Canada
