Ive been disassembling my differential, and plan to rebuild my springs , has anyone on the forum rebuilt his or hers. Any suggestions. It looks simple enough but then that's always where you find out its more difficult than you thought. So before I do I'm starting with yall. I noticed that one of my springs leafs appear tight, but the other one has some small gaps in between the leafs.

I did. You need to find a source fir the zinc strips that go between the springs new I think they are nylon pads, clamps, bushings, U-bolts and a center bolts. I will try and get some part sources and pics for you. If you want them to be correct look for black paint, they came both natural or oiled metal or painted semi gloss black. That is the zinc parts laying around
