As some of you know My daughter that resides in LA has a 69 Charger in our back yard and when she comes to town we work on it. Today I gave her a hand in pulling the front suspension down and disassemble it. Most of the parts are already powder coated but it was slammed together with old parts

She got the car from Moparchris and its a true R/T car but some one liked the R/T grill or it was hit I don't know. Her plans are to go all black restomod 440 with a Passon 5 speed

probably more than enough room to work on the car in the climate controlled bunker of his....
and why do 99% of '69 Chargers have the I of the grill smashed? Must be from that push bar......
makes me miss my '68 R/T

That's great Bob. You must be proud that your daughter is not only interested in the old cars but isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and works on them!

Upon further inspection all of the wear parts are new, just a heavy coat of body shop dust and everything was finger tight just to roll it out of the shop and sell it. That will save a bundle.

That's really cool hemibeep. My daughters and son helped me pull the engine and trans out of the R/T and cleaning it up when I brought it home

it's great when you can have the kids involved. Unless there is a son in law or grandkid in my future that's into cars, mine is for sale before I hit the papers.
