3M Cavity Wax

I sprayed the cavity wax in the frame rails today all over and inside the trunk next to the wheel wells down in the trunk extension and all of the frame and it did a pretty good job. it sprayed everywhere. I had to put tape on any hole that was there or it would've came out, about the best thing I've bought all year, I believe.

Is that a sealer. What is it made of. Like silicone or similar. Have not see that. Sprayed rust converter then sealer in these one's I have then Painted them inside. Good Idea to put something in them we never clean them out once the car is finished.
