1969 Road Runner shoulder belt question

Can someone tell me if their 1969 Road Runner shoulder belts have a dome clip on the belt and also 1 attached through the headliner close to the hanger hook over the rear side window. If so what is the forward dome clip for on the belt? Mine has an elastic piece with the other dome part attached to the belt which keeps it tight and attaches to the rear headliner dome. Just cant work out what the other one is for.

Thanks for your reply. What i'm wanting to know is what the dome clip that i have circled in your photo is for. I thought it may be to hold the excess belt when in use but there doesn't seem to be the length to use it.

I Wonder if 68 cars had a different system and the dome stayed on the belts. My car is June 69 so i would have thought it would of been dropped by then?
