Just got the car back from the sandblast shop. It will be heading to the body shop in about 5-6 weeks. Look as if my body guy has his work cut out for him....
Thought I'd add some recent pics of the work I've done, because I know how much you fellas love pictures.

Wow, the guy sand blasted the whole roof off :jester: Its nice to make progress isn't it

It is awesome to see progress!!!!

The sandblast job is the first real money I've had to spend on the car so far. One step at a time...

I will be farming out all the body and paint. I'm a 31 year old school principal with 3 kids and 8 credits this semester of grad school. I don't have the time, knowledge, or experience to tackle the body and paint. I found a great body guy that's affordable and reputable. It will take a while for him to get it put together, but that's okay because I can't really afford to tackle the entire car at one time anyway. The car is heading his way in about a month, and he'll have it for about 2 months.

That's how you eat an elephant, one bite at a time.

Still waiting...but looking for another body man. But with 2 kids in college, the car is kind of on the back burner.
