I’ve been looking for a nice wheel like that. I got a real bad wheel “restored” but it’s not exactly like the original. Too thin and no metal strip on the outside. It’ll have to do until I find one.
Nice work for sure. I have to do mine. The plastic is in decent condition but faded out some. That will probably be the last piece I have to do once my roadrunner is driving again.
But I am getting closer to that as the other project is about 2 months away from done.

I have a neighbor who used to own a Porsche / VW shop...the air cooled stuff. He retired the shop decades ago. He is in nursing home and wife asked me to assist. Spent Saturday pulling NOS Porsche and VW parts out of his attic and still not done. Holy crap. All...
True that. I have the 440 in my air grabber roadrunner. I have the 440 base on an edelbrock C4B intake I think it is. I will have to use a stock intake as the edelbrock is about .200 too tall.
