Could you post a picture of your under hood/ engine compartment with a close up of the passenger side firewall, left of the wiper motor? There should be a grommet for your fresh air cable near the voltage regulator. If anything, you might get some water inside your air cleaner/ carb...
so who you gonna get to drive it for you George? I know you have someone in mind......but i don't wanna mention names here before you let her know......:D
I saw the video on FB and sent you a "Friend Request" George - do I have to beg?? Please tell me I am the 'her' :jester:
Welcome! My first car was a '68 Satellite with a willing Slant Six; my second car a '73 Satellite Sebring with a 318. Both cars were metallic green in colour. I finally got the road runner with a 383 and in my favourite colour, in 1992. I look forward to seeing some pics of your car.:cheerful:
Welcome from Alberta, Canada. It is great to see someone as young as you get "hands on" experience in car restoration. It will bring you a sense of accomplishment that money can't buy.
It could have been a "rare bird" indeed! I have only seen one Mod Top Barracuda at a show here in Alberta and that was over ten years ago... Ugly as sin; yet strangely appealing. Thanks for the post and the pic.
