    It's Flown the Coop

Ha ha "Early" -it wasn't snow on the driveway when the picture was taken on Saturday- that is the effect plastic sheeting laid over new concrete driveway has! I waited four weeks to the day from when it was poured to be able to get the car out of the garage. I posted a pic and sang the blues...

Well after two summers trapped in the garage for various reasons, the bird has flown the coop! Re-wired and revisited more of the underside of the dash and engine compartment than I thought I would, but it's finally running; and running very well at that! Just wanted to sprinkle some of my...

    Fuel Line Crimp Clamp

I would like to change the length of 5/16" rubber fuel hose that connects the metal fuel line from the gas tank to the fuel pump inlet on a 383 Engine. It looks (and feels) like it's been on the car since '69. It still has the factory installed Oetiker, or crimped clamp attached there at the...

    Dome Light Socket Problem

The socket from Hell is fixed. Needed tweaking with a pair of needle nose pliers and a new bulb to go back together and stay together. The original assembly is intact and functional; which makes me happy. Thanks for the help Dave!
