Welcome aboard! Curious to know if it's still in the works for you to buy the matching motor and Trans off him, if you can I still think you should...!
Yes, I've seen that net picture before too. And yes those are reversed from oem. My original scoped the opposite as did the tank in my car now which was a NOS tank bought from mopar in 1996.
For others out there, check this before installing your aftermarket tanks!! Very important.
As an...
So this picture here then shows an aftermarket tank with the lines reversed? I believe the long line should be on the right, closest to the sender. I have the original tank from my 69 still, and scoped it the other day, the long line is on the right.
If this is your tank then the way you...
I did and mine is oem correct. The reason why I asked is because I'm really trying to nail down this problem. So yours is an aftermarket flipped line tank? Thanks for the replies from a frustrated runner owner:thumbsup:
Don't you mean left to right? (Not right to left as you wrote)
Isn't the tank internal line that is closest to the sender the long line that connects to the short J line outside the tank? Then the line that goes to the trunk connects to the internal short line?.

The third one shows the magnums and bias goodyear redlines. I had to get them off as I actually want to drive my car. Lol.
I can believe this with first hand experience. I just put torque thrust D mags on the runner and rechecked torque after the first 50 miles or so, AND guess what.... Every nut in the right side of the car were slightly loose and needed a little tightening to bring them back to a 100 ft. Lbs...
I think I understand what you're saying.
the data plate does say x9.
My car is q5 with black interior, when restored they didn't take a picture of the inner pillar, so as it stands right now it is Q5 even though I suspect it should be black.
This said, I've seen a yellow car with black...
Trying to determine if the inner part of the pillar is painted interior door frame/interior color or the body color of the car??
I've been looking all over online and see both ways. Which is correct?
Thanks!
Yah it's weird. This tablet is crap and the light in garage makes it much darker too. my android phone and real camera take much better pictures and show the real torquoise better. Oh well.
These are all I have on my tablet, which also makes the car look blue when it's not. I will take some better photos outside in the next two sunny day and post the, then. I also put torque thrust and radials since this.
