    The thickness and strength of the aftermarket trim/lock rings are both thinner and not as strong. You may have to bend the tabs up slightly to increase the pressure applied to the gasket when in the locked position. Also looks like to me you pick up is rusty especially where the wire plugs...

    I think these are That very size and offset, on the front at least, the rear may be only 3.75 backspacing. There is plenty of room for a 4.5” back spacing. You won’t have that much of a dished look with 4.5 back spacing on an 8” wheel. But, They will fit fine
