Back up light switch on 4-Speed

I have to replace the backup light switch on my 69RR 4-speed. I notice it has a rubber o-ring for a seal. Was wondering how much to tighten it. its a 15/16 socket size and will be using a short ratchet by hand. Thanks Tom C.
