    Freeze plugs..going bad!!

You can get to them. Like quickbird said, you will have to remove the motor mount. I always replace all at the same time, because usually if one goes the others are nor far behind.

'68-70 AMD trunk floor vs '70 factory - differences?

I'm not sure what you're asking about the center section. I've gone through my pics of the old trunk pan and don't see a difference. I've included a pic of the trunk with the old pan removed and the new support set in place

How big are your drums? If they are the same size as mine, I'm going to put disk brakes on mine. You can have the drums.

'68-70 AMD trunk floor vs '70 factory - differences?

If you are talking about the rectangular raised portion in the center if the second pic, that is the raised spot for the floor pan center support. It is there so the floor pan sits tight against the frame rails.

`70 road runner - finally getting to the restoration!

They are cut off center. I put the two halves in and screwed them to the inner wheel wells. Then screwed the two halves together. I ran my cut off wheel down the center of the overlap and welded them up. Here's a pic of it in place

`70 road runner - finally getting to the restoration!

Nice. I hadn't intended to remove the tail panel so I bought two half trunk pans. That was 2010. But now that I am back working on it I found major rust on the rear crossmember I removed it and welded them together. I have the whole trunk screwed together. Once the quarters are on I'll start...
