I had a Caliber also but was the next step lower. It had the variable speed transmission and was very strange. That was a crappy car.
The GLHS had more torque steer than I think any human could control. When that turbo kicked in after the lag, OMG! It needed computer control like they do with...
How about some vintage Rapid Transit Trail stuff. Also the factory GLHS poster and brochure. I bought a Charger GLHS new back when and was one hell of a ride.
This part came off a '70 RR, but will fit many. It is intact with no missing parts and includes the under dash cable. The flap does rotate but the action is a little stiff. Probably the cable needs some attention. Priced to sell for FREE plus shipping.

These are original stainless trim pieces (not repro) that have been professionally straightened and polished. I had my grille trim set polished and had these leftover. Instead of just hanging on to them, I had them polished to sell. Hopefully someone can make good use of these.
There is a right...
I have a new roof skin and rear quarters as well as the filler panel. So everything around the rear window is aftermarket. I will be REALLY careful and recheck the gaps!
Sorry to see that! I just cringed when I saw the first pictures. I am just guessing here, but I have a new rear window and set it in the channel. I noticed that the glass did not lay down evenly all the way around. It would hit in one spot but then wouldn't contact again for another 12" or so...
I need to start working on my heater box for the '70. I was wanting to know what most did to refinish the fiberglass shell? I don't want to paint it black. Seems like you could scuff it with Scotchbrite to rough up the surface and then spray a semigloss clear. Hopefully that would look like...
I have the hardtop as well. Not looking forward to any of that. I did find an article on-line from Hot Rod that goes over much of the process of installing and aligning both door and quarter windows. Maybe that will help some...
Thanks '68 man. Where I was getting steered wrong in regards to the back seat is that I was looking at a back seat for a car with front buckets. For front bucket cars, the back seat covers are different and have the heat sealed logo in the middle. The bench seat cars do indeed have the emblems...
I just saw the announcement about the 68-69 bench seat emblems. I emailed Tony to ask if they fit the 70. He said no and the 70 RR didn't have seat emblems. There are a few people on EBay selling #2981980 claiming they are for a '70 with bench seats. Looking at he rear seat cover, there really...
They ship it on a pallet and it is heavy. Yes, you need a way to get it off the truck or the trucking company can arrange that. They dropped it off on my driveway and I disassembled the pallet there and took it into my garage piece by piece. I have had mine since 2008. No issues.
I have a MaxJax lift and it works well. It is not what I would use for HD commercial use, but for DIY duty work and just to get underneath, it is wonderful. You would be surprised how much better of a job you can do with one of these instead of crawling on your back. Oil changes, coolant...
If you google that number 2946389 air cleaner base, several items pop up including NOS units. Still not 100% guaranteed I know, but better than just one source. I have a parts book, I'll see if I can find it in there somehow.
Thanks.
