I just need to realize that I am always going to have them and forget about paying them buy selling my cars. These things are to hard to find anymore!
But did they hook the bottom loops in. The seat frames are the same besides that. I went out and checked my sons 70 Superbee it is a total project also he has had for 11 years.
The tabs are the same as on my RR. But his seat back loops are 1.5 inches longer.
I went over my sons and checked his 68 the metal tabs on his are at least an inch higher than my 69. My seat has to to be out of a 68
I checked the numbers and they are 2858275 and 2858370 on the tags
I guess best thing to do would be move the metal tap or just not hook them like Basketcase...
That is the problem
When I put it on the Top Hooks The Seat Frame Loops stop above the 2 Tabs that they need to go overThe Frames had covers on them and were in nice shape no rust etc but I know they were not original to my car because of the covers.
What Am I doing wrong. I had Legendary covers put on my seats. When installing the Back Section of the Rear seat. I hung the seat on the 2 Loop Hangers. The 2 Loops on the bottom are above the little Metal Plates that stick out and bend over them. Maybe the wrong Seatback? Or do you have to put...
I used AMD Bumpers on the Challenger and they were nice. I will decide this winter when my wallet recovers!!! Air Cleaner is going to be murder!
Thanks for all the nice wishes and compliments!
I got the exhaust on my Road Runner yesterday and drove it for a nice 15 mile test drive. I turned 55 today and it was the first time I ever drove a Hemi car. I only ever road in one other one and that was in 1979. It was a friend of my from Butler Pa who took me for a short ride in his original...
The White Challenger I had just built before my RR had the same basic deal except it was a 440 with the six pack and I had a little more cam 284/484 but it ran on 97 with no issues. Never pinged. The Fel pro gaskets knock the compression down pretty good! We had it figured at about 9.4 to 1. The...
Manifolds are here
only thing I need is the PCV setup which no one has and is on backorder everywhere
I would even settle for a used setup if I can fine one!

I put a bottle of the Lucas Break in stuff in the first Valvoline oil. I already changed it and went with the same again. As always thanks for the help I will check out the oil your mentioned George.
I have always ran the Valvoline Racing oil since back in the early 80's. I went with the Mopar...
Sounds great. Ran at 1500 to 2000 to break in Solid cam. Had trouble with a defective float in New rear Carb. Talking to you and Bob helped me with plug issues. Had to pull the Hooker Headers off and making up my mind on TTI Headers or Manifolds. Manifolds are on Backorder and are very...
