you can replace the ones that are leaking when removed feel and see if there is a lot of crud down in the coolant passage if there is a lot then make a tube to flush with water and rtv skins up when wet it is a trick i have used to speed up curing of the rtv.

the way the e.p.a will get someone is if your car's year or the year of your engine will have to meet that years emission standard they can pick and choose . so if you have a 69 runner and put a third gen hemi or you have a 77 engine block well now you have to meet 1977 emission standard. so...
i have removed the oil pan in the car with out removing the trans or exhaust . remove the center link from the pitman arm and the idler arm pull down both wheels will turn in at the rear then remove oil pan .
the carpet is to short in the foot well, don't like the wire harness on the floor the duke's wheels are not my cup of tea and the wild blue wire in the trunk could have been ran better.
