Trying hard to complete the restoration of my good friend and brother-in-law Tom's 1969 Plymouth Road Runner. Tom unfortunately lost his battle with Pancreatic Cancer last year and I want to complete this car for his wife Dawn
Must say, I was having the same problem with my RR. Just got her engine reinstalled and the tach was working fine as it had before tear down. Detailed the engine compartment a little and all the sudden my tach is reading about 2K high. After examination, I realized my tach wire was nice and...
Does anyone have or know of a source for the inner fender upper headlight splash shield on my 1969 RR? I'm talking bout the plastic panel held on by two screws that is located at the formost part of the inner fender at the top. I assume it blocks debri from the rear of the headlights. I have the...
I contacted Tony's and ordered a used set of hardware for the one sunvisor. Also ordered a factory front sway bar as I couldn't bring myself to install the aftermarket one I already had....lol

Just an FYI to anyone who is rebuilding their Carter AVS like me, apparantly a change was made to the diameter of the accelerator pump plunger between 1968 and 1969. I purchased a rebuild kit thinking my carb was the original, but after a check of numbers, turns out I have a 1968 carb. The 1968...
Thanks guys, with everyone's help (especially cbuster), I was able to locate my emergency flasher right away. It 's opposite where the turn signal flasher is on the other side of the steering column. Unless you get way under the dash( or you know where to look), it's very hard to see. Thanks...
Ok, I've tried searching but to no avail, can anyone tell me where the EMERGECY flasher is located on my 1969 Road Runner? I've located the turn signal flasher and tested it while finding out my directional switch is bad, but cannot for the life of me locate the Emergency flasher as it works but...
Looking for one old sunvisor to get the pivot posts and mount out of. Color isn't important nor is condition, just need the pivots and mount that doesn't come with the new ones I bought. Car came in boxes and only one visor was present. Thanks
Alan
Ok, I finally figured out how the grommet has to be installed. I tried taking the pedal assembly out and disconnecting the cable from it, but the cable is made with a U bracket that doesn't come off and there's no way the grommet is going over that. The U bracket I speak of is the one the pin...
Ok guys, short of total destruction, how the heck does the front parking brake cable come out of the hole in the frame it passes thru? I've never seen a clip like it before and it looks to just squeeze together, but before I lay waist to it, I figured I'd ask. I just want to install the new...
Can someone tell me if the antenna bezel on my 1969 RR can only install one way or can it go in the fender two different ways? I know the two small posts on the bezel go in the notches in the fender and it fits nice one way, but not so well the other way. I installed the antenna today and there...
Received my piece from Trim Parts today and I must say it's a very nice piece. It's molded plastic and fits very nice, so I would recommend it to others

Thanks for the heads up, it seems Dantes, Jim's and Trim Parts all sell the Mopar Restoration piece I'm looking for ( MP 5112 ). I have one coming and I'll report on the quality. By the way, Classic part number was different with no mention of Mopar Restoration
Stop on by, we'll crack open a beer to cool off. You can have a look at my RR and tell me all I'm missing( seems I find something new every day...lol)
