Ok I have Cragar SS rims that are uni lug and having problems with them. They are 4 1/2 inch back set. Now trying to find a set of direct drilled. but only finding 4 1/4 back set. Will this work and give me enough clearance. 15X 8 rims. Thanks Russ.
Just wonder if the younger generation even know what type of car it is they are working on. Just glad to see our cars are being shown to the nation and not an EV.
Ok so they all levee us in the dust. Maybe. I can get them off the light and clearly leave them in an 1/8 mile but here the come and pass me with those darn 5 and 6 speed transmissions. But in the end, they don't own a 69 Roadrunner.
Yes, when the guy put the tool bag on the fender I passed out. LOL. No fender covers when working on the car is a no- no. I even use packing blankets under them. Cover the grill with packing blankets also. No that is why I don't take my car to a shop. If I do, I am right, there like a bulldog. I...
So glad you found a fix for the leak. Mine was also leaking at the back on passenger side. Hope with new gaskets. After replacing the head's this will not be an issue for me.
I also had one made from them. This looks similar to the one made for me. It was just to fill that space under the hood. No, they are not original but fill that space.
I also saw an ad on TV with like father and son under the hood working on what looked like a runner. Car is blue. Don't remember the add but that is what caught my eye. The grill gave it away. Could not see any badges. Is that the ad you are talking about.
It is nice to friends like that. Had a few help me with placing sheet metal on the car. Pull the hood and help putting engine in the car. Some things we just cannot do by ourselves. :thumbsup2:
Dose need a going over for sure. See the usual bubbles under the vinyl top around back window. As with most of our cars the more we dig the deeper it gets. Make for a good project but at that price not sure.
Welcome to the site. It is a hunt for these cars, and you just have to keep looking. Found mine near buy and need a lot of work to say the least. Are you looking for one finished or a project car. Hope you find it no matter what.
