Depends on whether or not the hardware is still under your seat covers or not. If it is then you need to make some holes and get a pair of headrests. If it is not then you need to get a complete hardware kit and headrests.

You don't want it walking too much one direction or the other because of the narrower lobes on a roller and no lobe taper to keep it in place like a flat tappet.
