What are you guy's working on.

Ive owned this car for the past 12 years, never so much as made it around the block with it due to the old driveline. I’ve been working on this for the past year, now running and driving and looking for a new home!

    Looking at your runner.

My tires are 245/60/15, on 15x7” rims. They’re the widest “recommended” size that my buddy was allowed to put on, and I got the rims from the pick and pull for $17 a piece, from a late 70’s 5th Ave. I like thrifty, and the car originally came with steel wheels, as a matter of fact, those are...

    Looking at your runner.

Cruisin Hines is coming up in my area, 27 miles of cruising and cars, should be a fun time. I’m sure I’ll be beep beeping a lot of people there, and I hope to pick up the original owner of my car and have him enjoy it with me. That should be a fun day!

    Looking at your runner.

I get a lot of waves and thumbs up from bikers too for some reason. Hot rods and bikes just seem to go together. Even a guy in one of those high powered Mustangs pulled over in town and let me go by just to give me a thumbs up. People always gather round the car at cruise ins, I guess because...

    The nats

I’ve raced my car for years at the Nats, it’s always been fun to do and still see the show as well. I made it to the semis one year, but it was after 8pm and I had a 4 hour drive. I think I really just wanted to get going because I red lit in the round. Still got $$ tho!

    Don't scratch my bird!

You mean like this? When I took the car back to pick up the original owner, he made a comment about the scratch still being there, and told me the story….. he was Forman for the GM spring plant in Livonia, Mi., and they were coming down hard on the employees that didn’t drive GM cars. So they...
