I looked back through to see if there was a post on what motor mounts you guys are using. I could not find anything. Mabey I didn't go back far enough. I looked at different mounts, I also bought a set of OEM from the auto parts. After comparing them to my old set I returned them. I also looked...
If the Velcro holds the cardboard to the pillar is there anything that holds the liner to the cardboard. Also what is the difference in length between a 68 and 69 liner. I bought mine several years ago so I have not opened it yet.
Hi 1968 man. I think I will make a new set. You said 4 Velcro patches on them. Do you know where they were located? My OEMs are in good shape but the points are soft. They will work good for a pattern.
I started putting insulation on floor today. Got done up about half to front started at rear. I used the foam with foil like on both sides that Lowe's sells by the roll. Hope it helps keep some heat out of car.
Hi 1968 man, I guess my next question is I don't have the front suspension on the car. I will put that in with k frame and motor. Can I bleed the mc now or does it all need hooked up?

Hi 69hemibeep Big Mo here. After you wire the dash before swinging up into place did you power up the dash what you can to check any of the wire circuits. I have checked the harnesses as I put them in and they all work. I now know that part of the circuit is ok.
Russ I looked at the rear bow with the wires you ask about. My roof has indentations where the bows go. They are about 1-1/2" wide. The wire on my rear bow holds the bow in the center of that indentation. Don't know if that will help you or not Big Mo
Anyone know anything about bench bleeding a master cylinder. I have mine installed in car but can take it out if I have to. If I need to bleed it what is the procedure to bleed it.
Good luck. I am getting ready to put my dash in Monday. I put the grill assembly in today but will take it out so it does not get damaged when I put the engine in. I cannot get another one. I need the dash in then I can work on wiring.
