I just installed the temperature sending unit on the reverse servo port, 1/8" NPT. I did NOT like seeing the sending unit inside the servo cavity so I redid it using an extension so nothing would go past the casing. Just like the original plug. My gauge works great.

The "TCI" trans. I purchased is the "Street Fighter". I assume this tranny has all the 'bells and whistles' done to it which includes a shift kit but I can not swear to that. It is a blast to manual shift it with the "Quick Silver" B & M shifter.
