If I read it like a book left to right 1st line 15 before 2nd line 10 before 3rd line 5 before 4th is zero 5th 5 after and 6th 10 after.

All 6 marks are an equal distance apart which would make the 1st line 15 degrees before.

If you have a build sheet, under labels you will find the correct number for the emission and tire pressure decals.

My 71 came with 2 build sheets 1 under the carpet behind the front pass seat and 1 behind the rear seat upper portion. This is an early build (8-70) from the L.A. plant.

My 71 road runner came with the round pie tin and never looked right so I installed a 69 air cleaner assembly. I really like the decal for that year.

Thanks for the replies. I commuted to work in this car for 6 years back in the nineties with no console and liked the Hurst shifter by it's self. I always thought the 4speed console was an after thought with a big opening and the boot not connecting at the top and also sticking out on the side...

If I go with a console I will put a cup holder in it. There seams to be enough room behind the shifter. I also have a 71 barracuda with a slap stick auto and console and not much room due to the linkage. I like the no console look of the Hurst shifter, bold and all business, but also like how...
