- My Roadrunner sat up on a lift for the last 30 years. I decided to get it down and bring it back to life. 2 years of going through everything and she lives again, but not without some headaches. It won't start when it gets hot. New battery, new alternator, new coil new plugs and wires, new ballast resistor, new exhaust. The amp gauge is showing a slight minus direction when charging. I am thinking of adding an electric fan. Other than that, I love it. 400 Automatic with all power options and A/C {not currently working). can anyone identify an easy fix?
