- I am Alvin G Smith I have a 1971 roadrunner, I saw it dead in a back street the engine was in the trunk and back seat, but it was that crazy purple that you had to look at. so I bought it and have been spending a lot of money on it since. its in the body shop now putting new quarters on and fixing whether trims. Im in a dilemma over which spoiler is the right one the go wing or the gull wing and which is which mine sweeps back on the ends not tipped down. At 53 I have the money to spend but some times not the smarts to spend wisely
