We haven't talked about it yet. We usually set it up the weekend before and it usually is on Saturday morning..
Hey Craig, and anyone else who might be interested. Our meet and greet at Carlisle will be in the main grandstands at 11 am on Saturday morning. Stop by and introduce yourselves.

but the bezel is rough. Like most. Think of trying the spray on chrome that is out their. No not in a can. It is silver. You can get a kit to do this. Just like the chrome shift handle going to try it on their as well. Good luck and have fun. Russ.

I've had two bezels done in spray chrome. The worst part is removal of the old chrome. On one bezel it came off with brake fluid - which surprised me. The other bezel was vacuum plated and I ended up glass beading it. Removal of the old chrome is key to a decent refinish. The guy that did them needed more practice in my opinion and while they are "ok" they aren't great. However, they are much better than the one's that Mr. C's was flogging years ago. If I was doing it again I'd buy one of the repros. There's too much that can go wrong trying to restore these.

I had my bezel and armrest bases vacuum plated for less than repop and they came out great. Yes I had to wait 4 weeks but I knew that going in.
