    Yes it does, This car was built in the mid 70s and it has never been changed. It was the way to do the cars back then. It is still perfect the way it is and it brings back the time.

    If you have the time,that wheel can be restored to new. We live in Red Deer Alberta Canada. There is a guy in Edmonton that will make it like new. Google Steering Wheel Guy. He will fix you up. Last one I did was about 500.00 CDN
